Is it a sign of a slowing market or just a reminder that some people are rich and famous enough to not care about profiting from their Manhattan real estate? Actress Scarlett Johansson has sold her duplex loft at 66 Leonard Street for a small loss: she got $1.89 million, after paying $1.95 million in 2006. The Tribeca apartment had been listed for $2.19 million and her brother, Adrian, handled the listing. Johansson bought a seven-bedroom Los Angeles house last year for $7 million.
