Toll Brothers: Brooklyn sales have “faded”

Toll Brothers CEO Robert Toll had some bad news for anyone listening to a recent conference call: sales at its North8 and Northside Piers projects in Brooklyn have “faded.” Toll also said that overall traffic at its development sites was the “worst we’ve ever seen.” The nation’s largest luxury-home builder reported its eighth straight quarterly drop in revenue.
