Dick Cavett, the former talk show host who now blogs for The New York Times, is selling 77 acres of waterfront property in Montauk for $30 million. Corcoran Group broker Krae Van Sickle says it’s the “largest tract of vacant oceanfront land on the East End.” The land is next to Cavett’s summer home and the Montauk Association’s “Seven Sisters” summer colony, which was designed by Stanford White and Frederick Law Olmsted at the turn of the last century. It also borders 122 acres of oceanfront parkland.
