Architectural firm Costas Kondylis and Partners is expecting a 25 percent drop in revenue from U.S. projects this year, and is compensating by reaching out to foreign clients. The Manhattan-based firm of 120 architects is already working on projects in Kazakhstan, South Korea, Qatar, Russia and Turkey.
