SNL’s Hammond sells co-op

Saturday Night Live actor Darrell Hammond and his wife Elizabeth sold their cooperative apartment at 230 Central Park South for $1.37 million, according to property records posted today. The couple bought two neighboring sixth floor units for a total of $1.25 million in May 2005. The buyer of the combined units in the 17-story tower built in 1937 was listed at Kathleen Murgio. Hammond, 52, is SNL’s longest-serving cast member, having joined in 1995. He’s known for his impressions of Bill Clinton, Dick Cheney and Donald Trump.
