Soleil, a 10-story condominium at 275 South First Street, has opened in South Williamsburg near Havemeyer Street. The building’s 20 apartments, which include two ground-floor duplexes, range from 620 to 830 square feet and from $489,000 to $615,000. The building, developed by Yidel Hirsch, features a common roof deck and five private roof cabanas that are selling separately.
