Real estate heiress sells UES condo

Real estate heiress Andrea Olshan sold her condo in the Barbizon 63
building at 140 East 63rd Street for $4.6 million, according to city
property records posted today. Olshan, the vice president of
investments for Mall Properties, bought the condo in December 2007 for
$4.33 million. The 2,300-square-foot condo was listed at $5.1 million
and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, according to
Streeteasy.com. Mall Properties owns and manages 37,500 units of
multifamily housing, 14 million square feet of retail, 3 million square
feet of office and 1,340 hotel rooms, according to its Website. The
buyer was listed only as Ivy Holdings LLC. TRD
