Jeans retailer opening first NYC stores

The jeans store 7 For All Mankind has signed leases to open its first two stores in Manhattan, a flagship in Soho and another shop in the Flatiron district. At 394 West Broadway, a 3,600-square-foot space with an asking rent of $250 a foot was obtained with the early termination of a Smith & Hawken garden furniture shop. A 2,500-square-foot store with 1,000 feet in the basement was also leased at 73 Fifth Avenue.
