Sales launch at Renwick

Sales have started for a new Harch Group luxury condominium called The Renwick, expected to be completed in 2009. The 12-story west Soho building at 15 Renwick Street will include 44 high-end residential units, with amenities including a sculpture garden, library, boxing gym, pool, sauna, private parking and a valet service. Architect Ismael Leyva designed the building. Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Frances Katzen is handling sales. Originally, Core Marketing Group was supposed to market the project. TRD
