Crane collapse claims hit $426M

Claims filed against the city over the March 15 crane collapse that killed seven people in Turtle Bay have reached $426.3 million. Twenty-seven notices of claim have been filed seeking damages for wrongful death, injuries or property damage. The collapse injured 24 people and demolished a townhouse.
