The New York State Supreme Court has given the go-ahead to Taubman Centers’ plan for a $500 million mall in Oyster Bay on Long Island. The ruling follows seven years of legal battling over the 750,000-square-foot development of an industrial site next to the Long Island Expressway, which was vacated by Cerro Wire Inc. more than 20 years ago.
