Heidi Klum sells co-op for $5.35 million

Former model and Project Runway producer and host Heidi Klum closed on the sale of her Greenwich Village penthouse cooperative for $5.35 million, according to property records published today. Klum closed on the sale of the apartment at 166 Bank Street to Debra and Steve Joester on June 3. Debra Joester is the president and chief executive officer of marketing company Joester Loria Group and her husband is a photographer. The couple already owns an apartment on the third floor. The 35-year-old Klum is married to the musician Seal, with whom she has two children. She has a daughter from another relationship. The Daily News, which first reported the deal, indicated that Klum might relocate to Los Angeles.
