Broker takes last 40 Bond unit with him

 
When Kirk Rundhaug, former director of sales for Ian Schrager’s 40 Bond Street, moved from Corcoran Sunshine to Core Marketing Group last month, he took the last remaining listing at the luxury development with him, he told The Real Deal.

Core now has the exclusive on the loft-style one-bedroom apartment, and is asking $3.5 million for it.

The building’s units were released in phases, and Rundhaug said that units on the last floor released, the seventh, were priced as much as $2 million higher than comparable apartments on the fourth floor.
