Although recent reports show the average value of existing homes
nationwide has posted its smallest increase in a decade, asking prices
in the highest echelon continue to rise, and may be poised to break
last year’s $103 million record for an East Hampton Estate. CNN takes a

listed at $165 million, and a 56,000-square-foot ranch in Aspen listed
at $135 million.
