UWS pre-war portfolio could sell for $200M

Four family-owned Upper West Side pre-war apartment buildings with 307 units could sell for over $200 million. The buildings are 393 West End Avenue at West 79th Street; 55 West 92nd Street between Central Park West and Columbus Avenue; 165 West 91st Street at Amsterdam Avenue; and 200-202 West 107th Street. About a third of the apartments are open-market. Grubb & Ellis is marketing the portfolio.
