Celeb broker lives in West Village

Olsen twins’ broker Jared Seligman reportedly lives at 184 Thompson Street in the West Village, not Soho as his profile in W magazine said. Word is that he’s running for his building’s board. Seligman was Corcoran’s rookie of the year in 2007 after brokering more than $40 million in property. In addition to the Olsens, the 21-year-old Seligman has sold property to Ally Hilfiger, Adam “DJ AM” Goldstein and several models.
