Retail space open at 450 Park Ave.

At 450 Park Avenue on the Upper East Side, 33,000 square feet of retail space is available in its entirety for the first time in 35 years. The five-level space has more than 160 feet of frontage and includes 30-foot high windows. The 33-story building was designed by architects Emery Roth and Sons and completed in 1972. CB Richard Ellis will market the building for Somerset Partners, which purchased it in 2007. TRD
