Dell’s marketing group moves into 11 Madison

The global marketing agency for Dell computers signed a lease at the art deco office building at 11 Madison Avenue, which faces Madison Square Park between 24th and 25th streets. Enfatico, new unit of global media giant WPP Group, will occupy all 98,175 square feet on the 12th floor, bringing the Sapir Organization‘s 11 Madison to full occupancy. The asking price was $72 per square foot.
