Rotating tower unveiled in NYC

Architect Dr. David Fisher unveiled his Dynamic Tower at the Plaza Hotel yesterday, showing off the mixed-use skyscraper that will rotate on a by-floor basis. A tower in Dubai will be completed in 2010 will have 80 floors of commercial and residential space, plus a hotel. The top 10 floors will be luxury villas, and owners will have control over the rotation of their floors, with the rest of the building controlled by management. Other towers could be built in Moscow and possibly even New York.
