All 44 units in Soho’s The Renwick come equipped with the Bang & Olufsen audio-video system, as part of a home automation system that lets owners adjust temperature, lights and music with a touch panel. The Renwick, at 15 Renwick Street is the first luxury condo to include the system in all of its units. Sales recently began at the building, which is expected to be completed late 2009.
