Brooklyn brokerage hit with racial suit

A Brooklyn real estate agency is facing a federal lawsuit for racial discrimination. The Fair Housing Justice Center sent African American and white testers to Bais Seller Real Estate in Midwood, and alleged that all of the African Americans were dismissed while the white testers were all called back and shown homes. Bais denies the allegations of discrimination.
