A progress report on Ground Zero development to be presented on Monday will not include a construction schedule. An official said there was no point in the Port Authority providing unrealistic dates for the project when there are numerous unanswered logistical questions. The plan includes a memorial museum, five office towers, park and transit hub. Gov. David Paterson will reportedly receive a full assessment by the end of the summer.
