Two units sell for over $10M at 15 CPW

 
An apartment at 15 Central Park West is in contract to re-sell for $15 million, while another unit has sold for $10.29 million.

Unit 27C, a 2,761-square-foot apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, was originally purchased by the seller, Bunker Hill Properties, care of Laurence Peters & Co. of Boston, MA, for $14 million, on May 19. Now it is in contract for $15 million, according to real estate data site StreetEasy.com.

An entity called Mayflower Redux purchased unit 31A for $10.29 million in the Robert A.M. Stern-designed building, according to records filed with the city yesterday. The deal for the 3,105-square-foot, 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom apartment closed on June 26.
