IT firm returns downtown

Another commercial tenant is returning to Lower Manhattan. Global Knowledge, an IT and business-training firm, had left 1 Liberty Place for 1155 Sixth Avenue. It signed a lease at 1 State Street Plaza for 25,500 square feet, the entire 23rd floor. CBRE’S Harly Stevens and Mary Ann Tighe represented the tenant, and CBRE’s Gary Kamenetsky and Richard Levine represented the landlord.
