Move-ins begin at Platinum

Residents have begun moving in at developer SJP Residential Properties’ Platinum, at Eighth Avenue and 46th Street. The 43-story building’s 220 residences are more than 70 percent sold out. Platinum has a full floor of amenities called The Zone, with a spa lounge, social area with a bar, Plasma TV and pool table, golf simulator room, fitness center and wrap-around landscaped terrace. Also on offer are a concierge, doormen and valet service. The project drew attention with its risque ads. TRD
