15 CPW announces retailers

Zeckendorf Development has officially announced the major retailers at
uber-luxe 15 Central Park West. As expected, Chase Bank and West Elm
will be joining Best Buy. The last open space is a 2,000-square-foot
unit on Broadway. Chase Bank will take 11,000 square feet of a
two-level space on the northwest corner of 61st Street and Broadway.
West Elm, the Williams-Sonoma-owned home store, will take over 25,000
square feet at two-level Space On Broadway, between 61st and 62nd
Streets. The Chase Bank branch is expected to open by the end of year,
while the West Elm store is expected to open next spring. In this
