Some of Manhattan’s biggest blocks of office space are up for lease, as documented in a report by Colliers ABR. The two largest spaces are St. John’s Center at 532-582 Washington Street with 750,000 square feet available, and Worldwide Plaza at 825 Eighth Avenue with 709,000 square feet. The former New York Times building has 627,000 square feet available for lease and 100 Church Street has a 613,000-square-foot space available.
