The organic supermarket Food Cellar opens today in the Queens West area of Long Island City, becoming the neighborhood’s first supermarket. The store occupies 22,000 square feet on the ground floor of Rockrose Development Corp.’s rental building at 4705 Center Boulevard. About 74 acres are set aside for development in Queens West. Food Cellar, created by Amish Market, sells natural and organic foods and gourmet prepared food. TRD
