Big lease signed in Stamford

General Reinsurance is leasing the entire 310,000-square-foot Long Ridge Corporate Center in Stamford, Conn. The complex, owned by Building and Land Technology, was leased by a team that until recently was part of Staubach Company, which merged with Jones Lang LaSalle. General Reinsurance, a reinsurance and risk management company, will lease the building at 120 Long Ridge Road for 20 years. The tenant was represented by brokers from Jones Lang LaSalle’s New York office, including brokerage managing directors Brian Koster and Chris Kraus, and Jay Koster, capital markets managing director. Building and Land Technology was represented in-house by CEO Carl Kuehner and CFO Paul Kuehner. TRD
