Photography services provider Splashlight moved into a new headquarters at One Hudson Square in Soho. Splashlight occupies 60,000 square feet in the building, an upgrade from its old headquarters on West 35th Street, where the company had 44,000 square feet. Splashlight is keeping a 23,000-square-foot studio in the West 35th Street building, making it one of the largest photography studios in New York City with 83,000 square feet. The Soho office was gut-renovated over the last eight months by architect Brandon Liu of H2 L Deisgn. Newmark Knight Frank was the exclusive broker for Splashlight, which offers studio and equipment rentals, production, retouching services, event space and digital asset management. TRD
