The Upper East Side cooperative apartment of slain “broker to the stars” Linda Stein has been sold by her estate for $1.045 million.

On Oct. 30 of last year, Stein, 62, was found dead in her 18th-floor apartment at 965 Fifth Avenue by one of her daughters. Stein’s assistant Natavia Lowery was charged in the case, which is still pending.

Steven and Kathleen Carroll closed on the purchase Aug. 8, according to property records published today.
