Three UES buildings sell for $277M

Three Upper East Side apartment buildings sold for $277.5 million to Abro Management of Woodmere. As The Real Deal first reported, a 44-unit, pre-war building at 814 Madison Avenue sold for $191.8 million. The other properties had a total of 86 apartments. They are a 13-story building at 103-109 East 86th Street that sold for $49 million, and a nine-story building at 115-119 East 82nd Street that sold for $36 million. Capin & Associates represented both the buyer and the seller, the Jaglom family.
