Archway under Manhattan Bridge to open today

The Department of Transportation is reopening an archway underneath the
Manhattan Bridge in Dumbo today, adding more public space to the
Brooklyn waterfront. The archway will be where Water Street bisects the
bridge, and will add a new passageway that connects the northern and
southern sections of Dumbo. The archway space was previously closed off.
