Viacom likely to stay at 1515 Broadway

 
Commercial landlord SL Green says Viacom will most likely renew its lease for 1.5 million square feet at 1515 Broadway in Times Square, in December. Viacom pays about $50 per square foot in rent at the building. SL Green recently launched a $160-million renovation of the 54-story building which will include replacing its limestone facade, extending its glass curtain wall, converting it to silver LEED-qualified, and building out a new lobby.
