Colliers consolidates into single holding company

Commercial real estate services firm Colliers ABR announced that it consolidated its ownership structure under one holding company with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, Colliers Pinkard and Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers, at the beginning of the month. The holding company’s portfolio totals 300 million square feet in property management, 210 million square feet of space for lease and $5 billion in capital markets transactions annually. The holding company will continue as a member of Colliers International, which has 293 offices in 61 countries. Meanwhile, FirstService Corp., a majority owner of Colliers International, just acquired a 65 percent interest in commercial brokerage firm GVA Williams Real Estate. TRD
