Related tenants get Suite treatment

Related Companies has partnered with Suite New York, a Midtown furniture showroom and store, to offer interior design consultations and furniture discounts to residents in all of the developer’s 16 Manhattan rental buildings.

The partnership began in June in three Related buildings, the
Caledonia, Tribeca Green and Tribeca Park, and was extended to the rest
of Related’s New York City buildings this month, Von Mueffling said,
adding that she couldn’t release information about how many of
Related’s residents have used the service.

New and existing residents can work with Chris Kraig, creative director of Suite, for free custom floor and design plans, a service Suite provides only through Related. Kraig charges other clients a minimum of $10,000 for design and floor plans, said Dini Von Mueffling, director of communications for Suite. Related building residents will also receive a 10 percent discount on furniture from the company.
