Morris Manor, a 46-unit, $8.4 million affordable housing development at 1247 Flatbush Avenue, opens today. Sixty percent of the units are for people living in a city shelter, and 40 percent are for people
earning an annual salary of less than $30,000. Each unit is a studio
with a private kitchen and has hardwood floors.
