Permit issued for Clinton Hill construction

The Department of Buildings has issued a permit for construction at Clinton Hill’s 2 Lefferts Place, which Brownstoner calls a “mini Flatiron Building.” The triangular lot is 1,649 square feet, and according to the permit, construction has been planned for the site for more than two years.
