Prices to drop at Coldwell sales event

 
In a 10-day nationwide sales event starting Friday, sellers who have listed their homes through a Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC agent may drop their prices by up to 10 percent, at the company’s urging. According to a recent company survey, 56 percent of the 3,379 Coldwell Banker employees surveyed said the listings prices in their area were too high to attract qualified buyers.
