Kellogg’s Diner reopens this week

Kellogg’s Diner, on Union and Metropolitan avenues in Williamsburg,
will reopen
this week, after closing in the spring for renovations. Some residents
wonder whether the 12-story, 149-unit condominium with 28,000 square
feet of retail space rising next door
spurred the diner renovations, which include a new sign,
shinier chrome exterior, flat-screen television and a full bar.
