Williamsburg affordable housing now available

The application process for 346 affordable rental apartments under construction
in Williamsburg
has begun. The buildings, at 34
North Sixth Street and 27 North Sixth Street near Kent Avenue, have 77
studios, 95 one-bedroom and 174 two-bedroom apartments. Applicants can apply if
their incomes are in the range of $37,370 to $61,450, and applications will be
selected in a lottery.
