Leasing begins at former Standish Hotel

Leasing began this week at the former Standish
Arms Hotel in Brooklyn Heights, at 169 Columbia Heights.
Monthly rents for the 94 units in the building, now called the Standish, are
between $2,200 and $15,000. The building, which was built in 1903, has studios and one- and two- bedroom apartments ranging in size from 400 to 2,500 square feet. Halstead Property’s development marketing division is
the exclusive marketing and leasing agent.
