Zagats’ upstate farmhouse home to antiques, art

Tim and Nina Zagat, owners of Zagat Survey, the restaurant and guidebook company valued at $200 million in January, keep a vast collection of art and antiques in their five-bedroom, five-bath farmhouse on 160 acres in upstate New York. The Dutchess County home’s eight fireplaces have antique mantels, and a sitting room houses a collection of early American portraits. In the kitchen, Nina Zagat keeps a collection of tin kitchen items from the mid-19th century. The couple also maintains a home in Manhattan on Central Park West.
