Ilan Bracha’s B+B gets new office

Ilan Bracha, chairman of Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Bracha Group, has moved his development company, B+B Investment Group, into a new office in Trump Tower at 725 Fifth Avenue. The 6,000-square-foot office space on the 19th floor of the building took more than six months to construct and cost $2 million. The office has floor-to-ceiling windows and views of the city. The office houses 25 B+B Investment Group employees. Trump Management was the previous tenant. TRD
