City looking for SoBro developers

The city is looking for developers to build housing on three parcels of land in the Melrose Commons neighborhood of the South Bronx. The Department of Housing Preservation and Development hopes to find developers to build mixed-income housing and ground-floor retail space
on the available five and a half acres. The three sites are between East 161st and 163rd streets, bounded by Courtland and Elton avenues.
