Renderings of developer Delaware North’s winning proposal for a “racino” at the Aqueduct race track in Queens have been released. The 330,000-square-foot complex will include a 25,000-square-foot buffet, in addition to other restaurants. New York Senate Majority Leader Dean Skelos has spoken out against Governor Paterson and Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver’s choice of this plan, which brings the state $370 million, over bids from Capital Play and SL Green which may have been better.
