Gov. Corzine proposes to create jobs, speed up development

New Jersey Governor Jon Corzine laid out a $150 million package of tax breaks and state spending yesterday that aims to create jobs and help troubled homeowners. Corzine proposed a $3,000 incentive to businesses for each new employee they hire, and called for state agencies and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey to speed up work on approved projects.
