Council member Ronnie Eldridge, have sold their 1,745-square-foot condo at 2000
Broadway for $3.3 million. Casino mogul Richard Fields cut the price of his
three-bedroom apartment at 15 Central Park West by 10 percent, listing it at
$31.5 million. Retired oil executive Victor Grijalva sold his four-bedroom unit
at 525 Park Avenue
for $9.2 million to financier Habib Kairouz.
