Sales start at Sheepshead Bay condo

Sales have started at a new residential building on the Sheepshead
Bay waterfront in Brooklyn. John Reinhardt,
president and CEO of Fillmore Real Estate, and the exclusive agent on
the
project, says the new condos are a sign of the
neighborhood’s “renaissance,” along with upscale restaurants and shopping coming to the area. The condo, called Bay
Breeze, has studio through penthouse units ranging from
$200,000 to $800,000, with amenities including private cabanas,
underground parking
garage, concierge and doorman services. Each of the units have a washer
and
dryer, and 90 percent have outdoor space.
