A duplex at 740
Park Avenue is secretly on the market for more
than $60 million, and the broker, Edward
Lee Cave,
says it will be the most expensive apartment sale in New York. The unit belongs to philanthropist Courtney Sale
Ross, the widow of Time Warner creator Steven Ross. Cave
said only about 10 people will see the apartment “because there will only
be 10 people who are appropriate to see it. If somebody very, very, very
important calls me, I will run it by her.” The duplex, created out of two
apartments, reportedly has 32 rooms.
